After many talks and prayers, we have decided to pursue a religious visa and have contracted an immigration lawyer to assist us in this process. We are now collecting all required documents.

With this visa, we can stay in the US for 2.5 years. It can be extended with another 2.5 years, but also offers the opportunity to go for a green card after 2 years.
